You're not completely obsessed with your beauty by BB bundle? No stress babe our customer love team are sat being fabulous waiting to guide you through the returns process

You have 14 days to notify us of any defects or eligible reasons for return. You will need to provide photo evidence of any defective products to prove eligibility.

If your request has been authorised and is eligible for return, you now have another 14 days to to return the products. The products must be returned to us unopened, that includes the original packaging.

Product Incompatibility

All of our products are non-toxic and made from all natural ingredients. We recommend that all customers read the full ingredient list of each product to ensure safety. If you are unsure of any allergies, we recommend that you test the product on a small patch in the crease of your elbow. In the rare event that you have a personal incompatibility with any Beauty by BB products please contact a doctor immediately. To return a product due to personal incompatibility please contact our Customer Love team through our website and describe the nature of the incompatibility along with the report from your doctor confirming the personal incompatibility. Our Customer Love team will then be able to guide you through the process. 

Please note

To be eligible for a refund, please note the following conditions:

  • Refund payments will be made for the amount on the original purchase receipt, excluding shipping charges.
  • Returned product must have 100% of the contents remaining.
  • If for any reason you have simply changed your mind, then the product must not be opened (this includes taking a sneak peak inside the presentation box), as a cosmetic product we are unable to accept any product that has been opened, unless defective.
  • Proof of reason must be given to our team prior to sending the products back and a refund request form must be completed, if products are posted back to us before we have confirmed eligibility we are unable to process your request.
  • You are responsible for shipping costs and the safe return of merchandise, we strongly recommend tracked shipping to ensure its delivery. Any goods returned to us will be at your expense regardless of the fault or reason for their return.

When we have received your products back, we will then issue the refund or send out replacements within 14 days.
